VIDHAN has successfully mobilized rural communities into diverse community-based organizations, including self-help groups, to strengthen village-level development services and foster grassroots-level impact. To promote community ownership and ensure long-term sustainability, we have established village-level watershed committees, WADI groups, and youth groups, actively engaging them in project planning, implementation, and monitoring processes.
