Dr. Pratyush Kumar Tripathi holds a master's degree in Commerce and a management degree in Business Administration. As a renowned social worker, he has dedicated his life to the socio-economic empowerment of tribal people in the Vindhyanchal region of Uttar Pradesh. His expertise includes financial management, stakeholder mobilization, strategic planning, co-creation of community-based models, business ideation (small and micro enterprises), and nurturing apex-level community institutions. As the Secretary of the organization, he leverages his skills to drive positive change. Through innovative conservation techniques and sustainable farming practices, he has empowered 1,500 tribal families, promoting eco-friendly livelihoods. Notably, he has also innovated various soil and water conservation models, including the Drum Check Dam.
